M.A.P Windows & Doors Ltd. was founded in 2024 when our directors previous employer closed its doors.  We made a decision that would define our future—keep an experienced team together and build on doing what we do best: manufacturing exceptional UPVC windows, doors and composite doors.

From Endings to New Beginnings

With 25 years in the UPVC fabrication industry and a team boasting over 80 years of combined expertise, we weren't ready to walk away from the craft we'd perfected. Our founder, Michael Burt, who started his UPVC career in 2000 at just 17 years old, saw an opportunity to build something better—a manufacturing business rooted in quality, reliability, and genuine honest customer care.

When we launched M.A.P Windows & Doors Ltd. from our Kirton facility in Boston, Lincolnshire, we retained a core of trade customers—not through contracts or obligations, but because they trusted our work. That trust, built over decades of consistent quality and service, became the foundation of our new business.

British Manufacturing at Its Best

Unlike many competitors who resell products made elsewhere, we manufacture everything in-house at our Kirton facility. Every UPVC window, door, and composite door is fabricated by our experienced team using premium Eurocell profiles, Avantis hardware that works with Kubu Smart, and DoorCo composite door slabs. This gives us complete control over quality, lead times, and customization—and it means we can offer genuine manufacturing value to both trade customers and homeowners across Lincolnshire.
